The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 40A(3), 41A(6) of, and paragraph 10 of Schedule A1 to, the Consumer Credit Act 1974(1), and after consultation with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(2).
