1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 31^st March 2008.

(2) In this Order—

“the NHS Trust” means the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear National Health Service Trust;

“the Trustees” means the trustees for the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust(1);

“the trust property” means the property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed by the NHS Trust and the Trustees and signed on behalf of the NHS Trust on 1^st February 2008 and on behalf of the Trustees on 31^st January 2008.
