17. In paragraph 15 (power of the Commission to determine the form of an investigation)(1) in sub-paragraph (4)—
(a)after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)an investigation by a police force under the supervision of the Commission;”;
(b)after paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca)an investigation by a police force under the management of the Commission;”.
