48.  In regulation 8(3)(b) of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2005 M1 , for paragraph (i) substitute (in relation to England and Wales)—

“(i) the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007;”.
