In regulation 3(4) of the Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2005(1), in the definition of “SED Activity”, for “Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000”, substitute (in relation to England and Wales) “Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007”.
