The Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003

44.—(1) Schedule 2 to the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003(1) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraphs 13, 23 and 24.

(3) At the end of the Schedule add—

“28.   The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007.”.
