1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Access Forums (England) Regulations 2007.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 19th March 2007.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to England only(1).

Regulations made by the Secretary of State may be made only as respects England: see section 94(10) for the meaning of “regulations” and “prescribed”.
