The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Commencement No.9 and Amendment) Order 2006 No. 2182 (C. 74)

2.  Section 163(2) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, insofar as it relates to section 113B (10)(h) of the Police Act 1997, shall come into force on 25th September 2006 in England and Wales only.
