12. In regulation 4(c)(ii) (Application) of the Merchant Shipping (Cargo Ship Construction) Regulations 1997(1), for the words “The Merchant Shipping (High-Speed Craft) Regulations 1996” there shall be substituted the words “The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004”.
