In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the definition of “registered health care professional” in section 11(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1988(1) and section 38(2A) of the Transport and Works Act 1992(2) and by the definition of “health care professional” in section 31(9A) of the Transport and Works Act 1992(3), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

(1)

1988 c. 52: the definition of “registered health care professional” was inserted by section 55(3) of the Police Reform Act 2002 (c. 30).

(2)

1992 c. 42; the definition of “registered health care professional” was inserted by section 58(10) of the Police Reform Act 2002.

(3)

The definition of “health care professional” was inserted by section 58(3) of the Police Reform Act 2002.
