Amendment of regulation 34A E+W+S

12.  In regulation 34A M1 (deduction of mortgage interest which shall be made from benefit and paid to qualifying lenders), in paragraph (1), for the words “In relation to cases to which section 51C(1) of the Social Security Act 1986”, substitute “ In relation to cases to which section 15A(1) or (1A) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 M2 ”.
