Amendments to the Stop Now Orders (E.C. Directive) Regulations 2001

16.—(1) The Stop Now Orders (E.C. Directive) Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(3), at the end there shall be added—

“(k) regulations 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 of the Electronic Commerce (E.C. Directive) Regulations 2002.”.

(3) In Schedule 1, at the end there shall be added—

“11.   Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8th June 2000 on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, in the Internal Market (Directive on Electronic Commerce).”(2).
