Circumstances where regulation 11 does not apply E+W+S

12.   [F1 The consequences of a failure to take part in an interview set out in regulation 11 shall not apply where the person—

(a) ceases to reside in an area specified in Schedule 1; or

(b) attains the age of 60.]
