PART III SPECIFIC MODIFICATIONS OF CHAPTER III OF PART XII OF THE TAXES ACT (UNIT TRUST SCHEMES)

Modifications of section 468AA

11.—(1) Section 468AA(1) shall be modified in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for the word “Trustees” (where it first occurs) there shall be substituted the words “An open-ended investment company”;

(b) subsection (b) and the word “and” immediately preceding it shall be omitted.

(3) Subsection (3) shall be omitted.
