The Broadcasting Act 1990 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1990 No. 2347 (C. 61)

6.  The following provisions shall come into force on 1st April 1991; those provisions are:

(a) section 180 of, and Schedule 18 to, the 1990 Act; and

(b) the entries in Schedule 21 to the 1990 Act relating to the repeal of —

(i) the Wireless Telegraphy (Blind Persons) Act 1955(1); and

(ii) the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967(2).
