1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food Labelling (Amendment) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on—
(a)for the purposes of regulations 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12 and 14(1) and (2) on5th June 1989; and
(b)for all other purposes on 17th July 1989.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Food Labelling Regulations 1984(1).
