Revocations

11.  The following regulations are hereby revoked:—

(a) Part II of the Further Education (Scotland) Regulations 1959;

(b) regulation 4 of the Further Education (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1979( (1));

(c) in the Colleges of Education (Scotland) Regulations 1987—

(i) regulation 21(4); and

(ii) Part VIII.
