The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 33(3) of the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975(1) (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after giving those persons affected an opportunity of being hear with respect to the matter, hereby makes the following Order:—

1.  This Order may be cited as the Submarine Pipe-lines (Designated Owners) (No. 30) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 19th January 1990.

2.  For the purposes of Part III of the Act, each person specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto is hereby designated as the owner of the pipe-lines described in Part II of the Schedule hereto.

  • Den Norske Stats Oljeselskap A/S. (STATOIL), whose registered office is at Lagardsveien 78, N-4001 Stavanger, Norway.

  • Elf Aquitaine Norge A/S., whose registered office is at V/P.A.R.C., Dusavik, N-4001 Stavanger, Norway.

  • ELF UK PLC, whose registered office is at Knightsbridge House, 197 Knightsbridge, London SW7 1RZ.

  • Norske Hydro Produksjon a.s., whose registered office is at Drammensveien 264, Vaekero, Oslo, Norway.

  • Total Oil Marine p.l.c., whose registered office is at Berkeley Square House, Berkeley Square, London W1X 6LT.

  • Total Marine Norsk A/S whose registered office is at Haakon VII’s Gate 1, N-0161 Oslo 1, Norway.
