PART III CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS OF REGULATIONS

Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975

20.  In the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975(1), after regulation 10A, added to those regulations by regulation 10 of the Mobility Allowance Regulations 1975(2), there shall be added the following regulation:—

“Modification of the Act in relation to invalid care allowance

10B.   A person shall not be disqualified for receiving an invalid care allowance by reason of being absent from Great Britain.”.
