The Minister of Power (hereinafter referred to as “the Minister”), in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 40 of the Iron and Steel Act 1949.(hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), as revived by section 49(3) of and Schedule 4 to the Iron and Steel Act 1967., and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following regulations:—
