  • s. 33 applied by S.I. 2021/1404 reg. 34(3)(b)(i) (This amendment not applied to legislation.gov.uk. The affecting statutory instrument has no effect. It was made under a procedure which meant that it ceased to have effect 28 days after signing unless it was debated and approved in Parliament within that time. Although it was debated, it was not approved by resolutions of both Houses within the required timeframe, so it has expired with no effect.
