F1S. 9 substituted (subject as follows) by Charities Act 1992 (c. 41), ss. 47, 77(3), Sch. 3, para.3; by S.I. 1992/1900, art. 2(4) it is provided that the commencement of Sch. 3 para. 3 of that Act (which replaces s. 9(1) to (3) of this Act with a new s. 9) shall have effect as from 1.9.1992 to the extent that s. 9(1)(3) shall cease to have effect, but the replacement of s. 9(2) by the section set out in that paragraph shall not have effect until 1.1.1993
