(1)This Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(2)Section 1 comes into force on such day as the Treasury may by regulations made by statutory instrument appoint.
(3)Different days may be appointed for different purposes.
(4)This Act may be cited as the Budget Responsibility Act 2024.
