Part 1 E+W Amendments of the Building Act 1984

57 (1) Section 92 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1) after “authority”, in both places it occurs, insert “or the regulator”.

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “appropriate national authority”;

(b) omit “made by statutory instrument”.
