331 E+W In regulation 2(1) of the Child Tax Credit Regulations 2002, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “custodial sentence”, after “section 76 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or section 222 of the Sentencing Code ”.
