Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (c. 43) E+W

55 E+W In section 113(3) of the MCA 1980 as amended by the Sentencing (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Act 2020, for “section 3, 3A, 3B or 3C of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 14, 15, 16 or 17 of the Sentencing Code ”.
