439 E+W In Schedule 1 to the Childcare (Disqualification) and Childcare (Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Extended Entitlement) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, in paragraph 8, for “or paragraph 17 of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008” substitute “ , paragraph 17 of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 or paragraph 24 of Schedule 6 to the Sentencing Code ”.
