52 U.K. In section 6(4)(b) of the Justice and Security Act 2013 (declaration permitting closed material applications in proceedings) for sub-paragraph (iii) substitute—

“(iii) section 56(1) of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (exclusion for intercept material),”.
