63In section 99 of the Childcare Act 2006 (provision of information about young children: England), in subsection (1) after paragraph (a) (and before the “and” which follows it) insert—
“(aa)a person registered as an early years childminder agency under Chapter 2A of Part 3,”.
64In the Employment Agencies Act 1973, in section 13(7) (exemptions) after paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca)an early years childminder agency or a later years childminder agency (as defined in section 98 of the Childcare Act 2006);”.
