Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36)

91 In Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (other public bodies and offices: general)—

(a) omit the entry relating to the Financial Services Authority, and

(b) at the appropriate place in each case insert—

• “The Financial Conduct Authority.”;

• “The Prudential Regulation Authority.”.
