56 E+W In section 4, in paragraph (d) of the definition of “establishment for special treatment” for “in accordance with section 3A of the Charities Act 1993 or is not required to be registered (by virtue of subsection (2) of that section)” substitute “ in accordance with section 30 of the Charities Act 2011 or is not required to be registered (by virtue of subsection (2) of that section) ”.
