5E+W+SThe Jobseekers Act 1995 is amended as follows.
6E+W+SIn section 2(1) (the contribution-based conditions), at the end of paragraph (b) insert “ and ”.
7E+W+SIn section 3A(1)(c) (the conditions for claims by joint-claim couples), for “any such family” substitute “ a family of which the couple are members ”.
