Schedule 1 U.K. The Marine Management Organisation

Eligibility for re-appointment U.K.

10 U.K. A person who ceases to hold any of the following offices—

(a) chair of the MMO,

(b) deputy chair,

(c) ordinary member,

is not by reason of that cessation prevented from subsequently being re-appointed to that office (or, in the case of paragraph (a) or (c), from subsequently becoming a member again).
