58 E+W In section 62 (contentious business agreements by certain representatives)—

(a) in subsection (1) for “taxing officer” substitute “ costs officer ”, and

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) for “taxing officer” substitute “ costs officer ”, and

(ii) for “taxed” substitute “ assessed ”.
