Local Government Act 1894 (c. 73) E+W

9 (1) In section 75(2) of the Local Government Act 1894 (construction of that Act) the definition of “ecclesiastical charity” is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In the second paragraph (proviso)—

(a) for “Charity Commissioners” substitute “ Charity Commission ”, and

(b) for “them” substitute “ it ”.

(3) In the third paragraph (inclusion of other buildings) for “Charity Commissioners” substitute “ Charity Commission ”.
