(2)For paragraph 21 substitute—
“21Any direction to which section 71(4) of the Mental Health Act 1959 applied immediately before the commencement of this Act shall have the same effect as a hospital order together with a restriction order, made without limitation of time.”
(3)In paragraph 37(2), for “direction under section 46 of this Act” substitute “ hospital order together with a restriction order, made without limitation of time ”.
