In section 21(1) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (c. 17) (proceedings from which appeal lies to Employment Appeal Tribunal), for paragraphs (ff) and (g) substitute—
“(g)this Act,
(ga)the National Minimum Wage Act 1998,
(gb)the Employment Relations Act 1999,”.
