Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (c. 53) E+W

52 E+W The Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 is amended as follows.

Prospective

53 E+W In section 27 (production of licence), in subsection (3), for “section 40 of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997” there is substituted “ section 301 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ”.

54 E+W In section 46 (combination of disqualification and endorsement with probation orders and orders for discharge), in subsection (1), paragraph (a) and the word “or” following it shall cease to have effect.
