Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993

11 E+W Where—

(a) the tenant under the new lease is a capitular body within the meaning of the M1 Cathedrals Measure 1963 and the lease comprises property which forms part of the endowment of a cathedral church, and

(b) compensation is paid as mentioned in paragraph 9(b) above,

the sum received shall be treated as part of that endowment.
