31 U.K. In section 2(2) of the Insurance Companies Act 1982 (exceptions from requirement of authorisation under that Act), and in section 15(3) of that Act (exceptions from regulatory provisions), for “assigned to them by section 28 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974" substitute “ respectively assigned by section 1 and section 122(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 ”.
