3 Short title, repeal, commencement and extent.E+W+S
(1)This Act may be cited as the Road Traffic Regulation (Parking) Act 1986.
(2)Paragraph 4(20) of Schedule 5 to the M1Local Government Act 1985 shall cease to have effect.
(3)This Act shall come into force at the end of two months beginning with the date on which it is passed.
(4)This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
