133 Vehicles used for marine salvage.E+W+S
(1)Subsection (3) of section 130 of this Act shall have effect in relation to motor vehicles used for salvage purposes pursuant to [F1Part IX of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995] as it has effect in relation to vehicles used for naval, military or air force purposes while being driven as mentioned in that subsection.
(2)In this section “salvage” means the preservation of a vessel which is wrecked, stranded or in distress, or the lives of persons belonging to, or the cargo or apparel of, such a vessel.
