Offences relating to persons under 18E+W
23(1)A person who, being the holder of a licence for a sex establishment—E+W
(a)without reasonable excuse knowingly permits a person under 18 years of age to enter the establishment; or
(b)employs a person known to him to be under 18 years of age in the business of the establishment,
shall be guilty of an offence.
(2)A person guilty of an offence under this paragraph shall be liable on summary conviction to [F1a fine] .
