30 Application of Act to certain overseas territories.U.K.
(1)Her Majesty may by Order in Council direct that any of the provisions of this Act shall extend, with such modifications (if any) as may be specified in the Order, to any relevant overseas territory.
(2)In subsection (1) above,—
“modifications” includes additions, omissions and amendments; and
“relevant overseas territory” means any of the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, any colony and any country or place outside Her Majesty’s dominions in which for the time being Her Majesty has jurisdiction.
