1Subsections (2) to (4) of section 6 of the Act of 1977 (provisions with respect to loans made to the Board by the Secretary of State under section 6(1)) shall continue to apply in relation to any loan made to the Board by the Secretary of State under that section in respect of which any outstanding liability of the Board becomes a liability of the successor company by virtue of section 3 of this Act.
