SCHEDULE 1 Consequential Amendments

Finance (No. 2) Act 1964

1 In section 9(8) of the [1964 c. 92.] Finance (No. 2) Act 1964, for the words " section 9 of the Finance Act 1961 " there shall be substituted the words " section 1 of the Excise Duties (Surcharges or Rebates) Act 1979 ".

Finance Act 1965

2 In section 92(2) of the [1965 c. 25.] Finance Act 1965, for the words " section 9 of the Finance Act 1961 " there shall be substituted the words " section 1 of the Excise Duties (Surcharges or Rebates) Act 1979 ".

Finance Act 1966

3 In section 2(12) of the [1966 c. 18.] Finance Act 1966, for the words " section 9 of the Finance Act 1961 " there shall be substituted the words " section 1 of the Excise Duties (Surcharges or Rebates) Act 1979 ".
