(b)so far as they relate to section 8 of the Finance Act 1899 and subsequent enactments relating to duty under that section, as respects loan capital issued on or after 1st August 1967, and

(c)subject to the preceding paragraphs, as respects instruments executed or issued on or after 1st August 1967.

2U.K.In Scotland, the above repeals, so far as they relate to subsections (2) to (5) of section 33, and section 34, of the Finance (1909-10) Act 1910, to so much of section 42 of that Act as has effect for the purposes of those provisions, and to section 7 of the Revenue Act 1911, shall not have effect until the coming into force in that country of sections 1 to 4 of the M2Lands tribunal Act 1949.
