25THE TRUSTEES TO HAVE POWER TO AMEND THIS DEED TO REFLECT AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 86 OF THE INHERITANCE TAX ACT 1984
In the event of any modification, repeal or replacement of Section 86 of the [1984 c. 51.] Inheritance Tax Act 1984 being enacted the Trustees may subject as provided in sub-clause 26.3 below make such alterations and additions to any of the provisions of this Deed as the Trustees consider necessary or desirable to take account of such modification, repeal or replacement.
