1In section 10 of the Church Commissioners Measure 1947 (finance), in subsection (6) (use of general fund), for “section 7 of the Pensions Measure 1997 (which relates to the use of capital funds)” substitute “sections 31(4) and 39(6) (which relate to the use of capital funds)”.
