SCHEDULE 5EThe Churches Conservation Trust
1 EThe members of the Churches Conservation Trust shall hold office in accordance with the terms of their appointment, and any member shall, on ceasing to hold office, be eligible for reappointment.

2 EThe Trust may act notwithstanding any vacancy among its members.
